Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in senior leadership/management roles.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify problems and execute solutions.
• Ability to maintain efficiency and flexibility in approach.
• Hands-on approach with emphasis on relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the development of integration strategy from business case to execution.
• Presents integration plans and reports metrics to senior management.
• Develops and communicates integration process standards and best practices.
• Evaluates new projects with stakeholders to design business solutions.
• Establishes and leads complex project workstreams and governance.
• Supports day-to-day operations of a project management office.
• Drives adherence to PMO standards and policies.
• Implements continuous evaluation strategies, including risk management.
• Builds and manages relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Engages with partners for accurate pipeline reporting and capacity planning.
• Implements strategic planning processes for the Insurance Pillar.
• Facilitates change management and aligns stakeholders in project execution.
• Creates a rolling plan of projects for strategic decision making.
• Collaborates with partners for strong portfolio governance.
