Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four plus years of business-to-business sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare/insurance industry preferred.
• Results-driven with exemplary planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Highly adaptable, positive, resilient, and a resourceful team player.
• Innovative problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Must travel more than 50% of the time.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state insurance license within six months of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects.
• Formulate and implement strategic business plans to increase membership and identify new sales opportunities.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and industry partners.
• Educate stakeholders on industry trends to assist with business decisions.
• Ensure service levels are met by acting as a liaison between departments and customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to analyze market data.
• Use sales automation systems to maintain records and prepare reports.
