Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active associate clinical license: ACSW, PLPCC, PLMFT.
- Experience in a clinical or mental health setting working with school-aged children, specific experience in intake and assessment preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software.

- Knowledge of using the Zoom platform.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments through thorough intake interviews to gather client information including medical and social histories.
- Evaluate client needs to determine appropriate level of care and services required.
- Assess suitability for telehealth services and identify needs that may require referrals to external services.
- Document client interactions and maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies.
- Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with other agencies for client referrals.
- Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they understand available services.
- Work closely with clinical staff for effective client care and participate in ongoing professional development.
