Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Active associate clinical license: ACSW, PLPCC, PLMFT.
  • Experience in a clinical or mental health setting working with school-aged children, specific experience in intake and assessment preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of using the Zoom platform.
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments through thorough intake interviews to gather client information including medical and social histories.
  • Evaluate client needs to determine appropriate level of care and services required.
  • Assess suitability for telehealth services and identify needs that may require referrals to external services.
  • Document client interactions and maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with other agencies for client referrals.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they understand available services.
  • Work closely with clinical staff for effective client care and participate in ongoing professional development.
