Senior Implementation Manager

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or program/project management.
• Work experience in a highly regulated financial services industry (banking/insurance/finance).
• Comfort with client and stakeholder management, including presentations.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to client needs.
• Conversational knowledge of AI/ML based decision making preferred.
• Familiarity with phase/gate and agile product launch methodologies preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams to facilitate and drive a consistent client experience.
• Understand client's goals, pain points, and Upstart workflows to provide guidance and support.
• Drive and manage new partner implementations from start to finish with regular meetings.
• Confirm customer requirements and assist in technical platform configuration.
• Oversee the handoff process between Implementation and Customer Success.
• Identify and simplify client pain points through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate client feedback and escalate risks for resolution.
