Revenue Operations Analyst

Requirements:

• Salesforce administration certification, or willingness to obtain within first 3 months.
• Strong command of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
• BA/BS in Business or quantitative field.
• 2-3+ years experience in sales development, sales operations, or analyst role.
• Experience with Salesforce, specifically reporting.
• Keen analytical skills to identify patterns and insights.
• Ability to work cooperatively across the organization and independently.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including VLookUps and Pivot tables.
• Experience administering technologies such as Salesforce Data Wizard and Cloudingo.
• Ability for remote work with an appropriate home office setup.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Leadership to identify gaps and areas of opportunity for expansion.
• Process New Logo, Upsells, and Renewal orders in Salesforce for EMEA Customers.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiencies in daily workflows and processes with Salesforce.
• Provide analysis of key functions and activities of top performers.
• Maintain Salesforce database health, ensuring data cleanliness and completeness.
• Assist in developing and implementing ongoing sales policy regarding new logos, upsells, and renewals.
• Assist in preparing weekly reporting and analysis updates on revenue for the leadership team.
• Assist with ongoing tools and technology management that integrate with Salesforce.
• Lead any implementation of integrations into Salesforce.
