Requirements:
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on major platforms: Google Ads / Affiliates and CPA networks / Facebook / TikTok (experience with in-app, ASO and ASA is a plus).
  • Strong skills in using analytics tools: AppsFlyer, Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in optimizing campaigns for cost-efficiency (CPI, CPL, CPA).
  • Knowledge of ASO strategies for improving app visibility and downloads in app stores.
Responsibilities:
  • Attracting users through all stages of the marketing funnel: development, creation, implementation and management of multi-channel programs.
  • Management of work on the purchase of traffic, the introduction of advertising and A/B testing of creatives on channels.
  • Daily management of advertising campaigns.
  • Tracking campaign performance indicators and assessing their success by KPI.
  • Analysis of trends and insights, as well as subsequent optimization to meet KPIs: scaling successful channels and searching for growth points.
  • Building effective work with the design and brand marketing team to maintain brand unity.
  • Cooperation with agencies and other contractors.
  • Maintaining records to present work results in a systematic and structured manner.
  • Market and competitor analysis.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
