Law Firm Client Manager

Requirements:

• Must have Paralegal or Case Manager experience, preferably in the personal injury space.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong multitasking ability.
• Should have high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) in English and Spanish.
• Must have a high-speed internet connection and a working computer system.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain case information and process requests with personal injury case managers and/or attorneys.
• Coordinate with medical providers for obtaining necessary documentation and follow up on surgeries.
• Cross-sell products and services to maximize case opportunities.
• Manage communication with law firms, surgical facilities, and doctors regarding funding processes.
• Prepare files for the underwriting team and assist with contract execution for funding.
• Provide updates on cases and ensure applications are tracked continuously.
• Maintain detailed notes on applications and assist in additional duties as assigned.
