Requirements:

• At least 7 years of progressive engineering experience, preferably with multiple tech stacks.
• Experience in system architecture and mentoring engineers.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to manage tasks autonomously.
• Proficiency in both front-end (React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and back-end (NodeJS, PostgreSQL) technologies.
• Understanding of security in web environments.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead for a small team of engineers, primarily based in Poland.
• Mentor and grow the team through coaching and code reviews.
• Oversee system architecture decisions for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Contribute to full-stack development using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and address technical risks and advocate for engineering improvements.
