Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to quickly and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills for calculating rates and honoraria.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage international quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle including client and sample management.
  • Work directly with teams to set up and test surveys, conduct quality checks, and manage respondent inquiries.
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings for all studies to ensure understanding of specifications, needs, and timelines.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for accurate deliverables and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity, data quality, and manage study profitability by tracking project costs.
