Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Preferably an MBA from an esteemed university.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• At least 2 years in building AI products.
• Experience in defining, developing, and managing new products in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features based on business and customer impact.
• Drive product execution and implementation by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Execute product planning and development, ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Drive product launches, ensuring readiness of cross-functional teams.
• Build a go-to-market strategy for launches aligned with goals.
• Understand customer experience, filling product gaps and enhancing adoption.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve software delivery practices.
• Critically assess emerging technologies and perform risk assessments.
