Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields.
• 4+ years of private or public accounting experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Ability to interact with client teams of various technical levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Leading client launch calls and providing an overview of the FloQast implementation process.
• Reviewing clients' current close documentation and consulting on best practices.
• Participating in calls with prospective clients to understand their needs.
• Organizing the client close checklist into a mapping document for their FloQast account.
• Managing client progress and driving status update meetings.
• Tracking client adoption and optimizing their FloQast account.
• Providing outstanding customer service and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborating with Account Managers for renewals and growth opportunities.
• Managing customer training and project management for feature adoption.
• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
