Requirements:

• 12 months+ experience in Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to lead internal and client calls.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• No personal client Performance Guarantees in last 12 months.
• No Performance Improvement Plans in last 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all responsibilities of Account Manager with additional duties.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across internal departments.
• Mentor Account Managers to ensure best-in-class service.
• Review team dashboards and address concerns with team members.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive ticket closure.
• Conduct internal meetings to review open items.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for complex issues.
• Develop knowledge in at least two lines of business.
• Travel up to 20% as necessary.
