Requirements:

Active CPA is highly preferred.
At least 8 years of increasing experience in accounting and 5+ years in revenue recognition, specifically ASC 606 expertise.
5+ years of experience in collections within SaaS, subscription-based, or technology companies.
Strong understanding of SaaS billing models and subscription payments.
Proven experience managing accounts receivable and collections processes.
Experience leading a team but willing to be hands-on.
Strong experience with an ERP system, preferably Netsuite.
Ability to work Central time zone hours is required.

Responsibilities:

Own the U.S. Revenue Accounting function from quote-to-cash and assist with general accounting functions.
Continually improve revenue lifecycle operations including sales contracts, order creation, and revenue recognition.
Oversee collections activities and develop strategies to reduce outstanding receivables.
Work with finance to ensure collections align with revenue recognition policies.
Track and report on key metrics and participate in annual and periodic audits.
