Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of business development or growth experience.
• Current or previous real estate license or mortgage license required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Sales-driven creative thinker motivated to increase partner acquisition.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and foster teamwork in a distributed setting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for outbound sales and partnership adoption leading to loan applications for the Knock Bridge Loan™.
• Build strategic accounts within an assigned territory.
• Develop scalable and repeatable strategies to increase loan applications.
• Meet or exceed monthly loan application sales targets with a minimum of 60 loan applications per month.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide an excellent experience for partners and customers.
• Monitor and report key metrics on partnerships, leads, and loan applications.
