Requirements:

• Minimum of three to eight years’ experience in employment law preferred.
• Background in Affirmative Action, OFCCP and Government Contract Compliance is a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills are necessary.
• Passion for knowledge-sharing and strong organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with technology and aptitude for efficiency and innovation in legal work.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the KM goals for assigned practice groups and establish and implement a plan to meet those objectives.
• Monitor and communicate recent developments relevant to the practice group’s work.
• Assist in writing, publishing, and preparation of various materials including articles and presentations.
• Maintain the practice group’s intranet page and public website content.
• Develop internal training programs and materials.
• Assist in facilitating regular attorney meetings to ensure engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Support marketing and business development efforts including RFP responses and social media engagement.
• Assist with managing legal research projects and consult on client matters.
• Identify and test technology for internal and external use.
