  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier North American Key Retailer accounts.

  • Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and motivate sales support teams to enhance efficiencies and streamline processes.
  • Own the corporate key accounts budget and partner with finance for accurate forecasting.
  • Monitor market trends and provide updates on account performance and sales strategies.
  • Partner with brand marketing and operations for campaign execution and inventory planning.
