Requirements:

• 7+ years of B2B events marketing experience, with demonstrated progression in events strategy roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
• Proven success managing large-scale conferences and executive-level events.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Expertise in event strategy, from concept development to execution and measurement.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports in an events context.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own Later's comprehensive annual events strategy and roadmap.
• Create strategic framework for measuring event ROI and pipeline impact.
• Manage events budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships.
• Lead a small events team to create high-impact experiences at industry events.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Marketing teams.
