Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Solid technical background and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strategic data use.
  • High productivity, reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for teamwork and client service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new client websites.
  • Continually update client sites as requirements change, including benefit class matrix, rates, and other configurations.
  • Test client sites for quality assurance and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and sign off on required documentation.
  • Train clients on system features through presentations and demos.
  • Respond to client questions, triage tickets within 24 hours, and provide professional updates.
  • Drive process improvements and lead team meetings.
