Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working with technology companies, managing customer/partner relationships, and/or building and launching programs for B2B customers.
• 5+ years experience in program management with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 3+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in successful project execution and/or operational rigor.
• Process-oriented with a passion for streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Collaborative and proactive, fostering relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to implement structure into daily work.
• Experience with Jira a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the end-to-end owner for field programs, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.
• Support and refine processes, templates, and tools for consistent and scalable execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth execution and resolution of project-related challenges.
• Create and maintain prioritized project schedules addressing emerging needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback, data, and insights into decision-making processes.
