Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Digital Product Development service area team, driving performance and professional development.
• Evolve and expand Digital Product Development capabilities to meet market demands.
• Conduct client discovery calls and identify new opportunities.
• Serve as the technical lead for sales pursuits, guiding responses and proposals.
• Drive content development and ensure solutions align with client needs.
