Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or Strategy consulting.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to support market research for expansion of Karius products.
  • Partner with Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams for market research plan.
  • Deliver insights for product development and commercialization.
  • Serve as commercial lead for new product launches and soft launches.
  • Identify KPIs for launch success and assess progress.
  • Develop commercial materials and resources for new products.
  • Design market research initiatives for clinical evidence and market access.
  • Collaborate to conduct customer interviews and develop strategic plans.
  • Drive GTM strategy and execution.
  • Leverage market data for forecasts and commercial opportunity assessments.
  • Manage market research studies and competitive analysis.
  • Streamline processes for capturing customer insights and share information.
