⏳ Experience: Up to 2 years

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Humanities (Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History) or Psychology.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in the Recruiting team of either a middle/big organization or in an employment agency.
  • Very good command of English (at least B2) and preferably of a non-EU language, with knowledge of either Arabic or Turkish considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
  • The candidate will be gradually in charge of all steps of the selection process.
  • Key tasks include CV screening, phone screening, scheduling interviews, job posting on recruiting channels, reporting, conducting HR interviews, and attending career fairs and university events.
