• A minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience required.
• Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Advanced communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to influence agents.
• Intermediate ability to diagnose agency operations and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a complex group of agency assignments.
• Optimize growth potential of a core group of Travelers independent agents while prospecting new agencies.
• Exceed or meet year over year growth and profit objectives using sales tools.
• Provide substantial support for owned agents and appoint new agents that meet production expectations.
• Cross-sell Travelers products and collaborate with team members on strategic market changes.
