Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
- 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS).
- Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing customers.
- Ability to present professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Manufacturing Contact Center Sales by identifying and engaging manufacturing companies for Amazon Connect-based solutions.
