Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
  • 3+ years of managing and closing complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with AWS channel partners.
  • Experience in selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing accounts.
  • Ability to present professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Healthcare Contact Center Sales by identifying and engaging healthcare organizations to promote and sell Amazon Connect-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with AWS healthcare vertical teams focused on various healthcare sectors.
  • Stay updated on healthcare trends and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Design and execute sales campaigns to improve healthcare customer experience using case studies and success stories.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet healthcare clients’ requirements and compliance standards.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and maintain lead follow-ups including forecasting in Salesforce.
