Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
- 3+ years of managing and closing complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with AWS channel partners.
- Experience in selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing accounts.
- Ability to present professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet clients.
- B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Healthcare Contact Center Sales by identifying and engaging healthcare organizations to promote and sell Amazon Connect-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with AWS healthcare vertical teams focused on various healthcare sectors.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Design and execute sales campaigns to improve healthcare customer experience using case studies and success stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet healthcare clients’ requirements and compliance standards.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and maintain lead follow-ups including forecasting in Salesforce.
