• Extensive strategy experience across B2B marketing, including ABM, Demand Generation, Brand, and Analytics.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively on projects.
• Confidence in presenting to various levels of stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to develop strategy.
• Problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on systemic approaches.
• 10 years of experience in directing teams and leading marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Craft world-class, effective work by acting as a trusted consultant to clients and colleagues.
• Shape client projects/needs and ensure delivery exceeds expectations.
• Set direction for client engagements by framing challenges and delivering recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Onboard new clients and collaborate with TMP teams.
• Lead workshops with clients’ senior marketing and sales teams.
