Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in a STEM field, Anthropology, Archaeology, Maritime Archaeology, or related fields.
  • 7 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Understanding of the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry.
  • Knowledge of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
  • Familiarity with NEPA and environmental permitting; knowledge of 30 CFR Part 585 and Bureau of Ocean Energy Management processes is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Strong leadership skills that foster a positive team culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients regarding project delivery.
  • Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
  • Understand and manage project regulatory and contract requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
  • Deliver projects on-time and within budget while meeting all quality standards.
  • Conduct change management as per contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with accounting and logistics for project operations.
  • Manage research, fieldwork, and data analysis to meet project goals.
  • Develop and oversee Health & Safety plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with project teams and clients.
