Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater in a STEM field, Anthropology, Archaeology, Maritime Archaeology, or related fields.
- 7 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Understanding of the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry.
- Knowledge of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
- Familiarity with NEPA and environmental permitting; knowledge of 30 CFR Part 585 and Bureau of Ocean Energy Management processes is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Strong leadership skills that foster a positive team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients regarding project delivery.
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Understand and manage project regulatory and contract requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Deliver projects on-time and within budget while meeting all quality standards.
- Conduct change management as per contract requirements.
- Coordinate with accounting and logistics for project operations.
- Manage research, fieldwork, and data analysis to meet project goals.
- Develop and oversee Health & Safety plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with project teams and clients.
