Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in technical sales, business development, or related roles in energy or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of European energy policies, market trends, and industrial decarbonization practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers, attend events, and site visits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for business development and sales growth in European markets.
• Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities in targeted industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Own the entire sales process from origination to deal closure.
• Qualify leads by gathering data to assess customer goals and ensure alignment with Skyven’s solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and recommend tailored decarbonization solutions.
• Attend conferences and industry events to represent Skyven and build connections.
