Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Experience leading architecture delivery for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Track record of leading large Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities including Sales Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF/EA methodologies, ITSM/ITIL processes, Agile framework, and security frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in data architecture, application architecture, integration, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice.
  • Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage technical delivery of custom development and data migration for Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for the Salesforce platform.
  • Participate in the Architecture Review Board to contribute to technology decisions.
  • Evaluate and rationalize the application portfolio.
  • Provide guidance on secure, scalable, and maintainable technology architecture.
  • Contribute to target state solution architectures and shape the overall roadmap.
  • Collaborate with data and integration architects to support management practices.
