Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing events, with at least 2 years as the Event Lead in a Cybersecurity company.
• Proven experience leading Tradeshows, Field Events, and Virtual Events.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including marketing and sales teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
• Strategic event management skills including budget oversight and planning.
• A valid passport and readiness for frequent domestic and international travel.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
• Strong network of vendors and event organizers.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement event strategies that align with company goals.
• Plan and manage all aspects of events including budgeting and logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams.
• Integrate events into marketing for brand awareness and demand generation.
• Select and manage third-party vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee on-site logistics for smooth execution.
• Manage event budgets adhering to allocated funds.
• Strategically plan a 12-month event calendar.
• Define and track KPIs and present post-event analysis.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative ideas.
