Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing events, with at least 2 years as the Event Lead in a Cybersecurity company.
- Proven experience leading Tradeshows, Field Events, and Virtual Events.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including marketing and sales teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
- Strategic event management skills including budget oversight and planning.
- A valid passport and readiness for frequent domestic and international travel.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
- Strong network of vendors and event organizers.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with company goals.
- Plan and manage all aspects of events including budgeting and logistics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams.
- Integrate events into marketing for brand awareness and demand generation.
- Select and manage third-party vendors for cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee on-site logistics for smooth execution.
- Manage event budgets adhering to allocated funds.
- Strategically plan a 12-month event calendar.
- Define and track KPIs and present post-event analysis.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative ideas.
