• Degree in Human Resources or at least 10 years’ experience required.
• Experience with Paylocity preferred, though expertise in HRIS will be considered.
• Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Must have a growth-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Administration linked with training practice managers on payroll processes.
• Manage the 401(k) and train managers on its impact on retention.
• Maintain Employee Navigator for benefits enrollment and reconcile accounts.
• Conduct HRIS analysis with Paylocity and calculate/audit production pay.
• Onboard new team members and generate HRIS reports.
• Prepare meeting and event materials, manage exit interviews, and oversee leaves of absence.
