Requirements:
  • 10 years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Process Re-Design experience.
  • 10 years of experience leading Enterprise Platform Modernization Efforts.
  • Experience leading at least 2-3 end-to-end large-scale change management implementations supporting COTS implementations.
  • 5 years of experience working as part of an enterprise PMO.
  • Prosci or similar Formal OCM process experience.
  • Experience negotiating and influencing.
  • Leveraging established change management methodologies and tools to execute plans and support implementation and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of new technology platforms and process redesigns.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, roadmaps, and approaches.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and management programs, change impact analysis, culture assessments, user engagement, and readiness assessments.
  • Create and deliver training strategies, needs assessments, and plans.
  • Plan, design, and deliver change management and training programs across various contexts.
  • Utilize standard program and project tools to create dashboards, project schedules, status reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, HR, and Finance to ensure successful transformation and integration.
