Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- 10+ years of sales or sales management experience in industrial flow control, valves, or related products.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage annual sales forecasts for distributors and representatives.
- Develop strategies to break into new markets while expanding existing ones.
- Host customer-focused events such as seminars and plant tours to showcase industry-leading capabilities.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely responses.
- Make pricing decisions and provide input on quotes and strategies.
- Collaborate with distributors to target high-potential accounts and plan joint calls.
- Submit regular updates on territory activities, wins, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) for reporting.
- Provide training to representatives and evaluate distributor performance.
- Work with leadership to onboard new distributors and give performance feedback.
