Requirements:

• BS or above in related Information Technology Consulting field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing teams of 4-8 individuals.
• Background in technical organizations focusing on DevOps, operations, and delivery management.
• Conversational knowledge of orchestration and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management background and ability to track detailed tasks for timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as engagement lead on professional services projects and propose/review technical solutions architect.
• Manage multiple team tracks of consultants/specialists/delivery and serve as front line escalation point.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Track and understand clients' evolving needs, articulating project risks and status via client presentations.
• Review delivery of the teams you’ll oversee against quality standards and risk management frameworks.
• Provide mentorship to support career pathing, performance reviews, and professional development of direct reportees.
