Requirements:

• 3+ years of design experience, preferably at DTC brands or agencies.
• Knowledge of email design best practices and user-centered experience design.
• Proven ability to present and articulate design rationale.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for collaborative environments.
• A portfolio showcasing design work.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an extension of the Noticed team within the existing creative team to solve design problems.
• Design creative and effective email solutions that support company efforts.
• Work iteratively through project phases from initial designs to launch.
• Create unique solutions including GIFs for dynamic designs.
• Provide fresh perspectives and strategic thinking to solve problems.
