Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics).
• 4+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on data strategy and governance.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
• Tableau or similar certification is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of the organization’s data strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Advise on the design and refinement of data architecture, systems, and processes.
• Manage a team to enforce data governance policies, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data stewardship programs focused on quality and integrity.
• Support BI Analysts in dashboard development and key insight interpretation.
• Communicate data governance value to team members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
