Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analysis preferably in a digital/social agency serving government or at a government agency.
  • Mastery of digital-communications tools including the Granicus family of products.
  • Experience and/or enthusiasm for working with government.
  • Strong experience in managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing digital strategies and growing digital audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions (SalesForce preferred) and project management software.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
  • Directly ensure quality assurance of project deliverables including strategies, messaging, reporting, dashboarding, and presentations for all client projects.
  • Mentor and coach practice area members, guiding them in their skills development and providing oversight and feedback.
  • Lead GXG team members through internal trainings and external opportunities.
  • Establish and track appropriate utilization metrics for GXG team members according to guidance from leadership.
  • Strengthen and expand current and new GXG offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Improve efficiency of cross-functional delivery by partnering with other teams.
  • Support team members in managing project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Oversee cross-functional operations and contractors.
  • Provide expertise as an adviser to team members and clients.
  • Develop and manage strategic customer relationships.
  • Represent Granicus in speaking roles and at conferences.
  • Drive organic growth through a consultative approach with customers.
  • Support the creation of success materials and thought-leadership content.
