5-8 years of related experience in Business Administration, Health & Wealth disciplines, Payroll, and US tax withholding; international experience is a plus.
Prior experience with software compliance is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience with federal payroll filing, tax acknowledgment, and check reconciliation.
Prior experience with payroll taxes and associate development is essential.
Detail-oriented, highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Bachelors degree is required.
Experience with State Unemployment Insurance, State Income Tax, Local and special tax regulatory compliance is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand WorkWave’s software products and customer use cases related to regulatory compliance.
Manage relationships with internal and external parties, including Compliance Solutions, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Audit, Legal, and State Agencies.
Collaborate with partners and leadership for strategic enhancements.
Oversee associates to achieve operational standards and service goals.
Analyze workflows to develop standards and procedures.
Drive improvements for excellence and consistency.
Mitigate risks through effective controls and reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and tax requirements.
Partner with business development and sales on product offerings and pricing.
Participate in projects enhancing customer service and retention.
