Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Data, Security, Engineering, IT, and TPM.
• Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to identify candidate criteria.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various tools and platforms.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Foster positive candidate experiences and manage timely communication.
• Oversee the offer process, including negotiations with candidates and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and serve as a recruitment advisor.
