Requirements:

• 20+ years of hands-on experience in science and selling large technology solutions in Biopharma.
• Track record of closing large deals with biopharma companies.
• Optional technical depth in molecular modeling and computational drug discovery.
• Familiarity with macro trends in AI/ML-enabled simulations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to business development.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues succinctly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or similar; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience launching new business verticals and managing complex contracts.
• Experience in the chemical or materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and deliver on Biopharma business development strategy.
• Develop strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in AI and physics for drug discovery.
• Grow lead volume, qualify, nurture opportunities, and close commercial terms.
• Improve value proposition and product market fit with collaboration.
• Lead competitive market intelligence for physics and AI-driven drug discovery.
• Develop case studies and proof points for potential customers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
• Evangelize BioSim at industry events.
