Requirements:

• 8-12 years experience in application development
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture
• Experience with CSM, FSM on the ServiceNow Platform
• Proficient in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JS

Responsibilities:

• Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements
• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects
• Define technical solutions aligned with client’s problems
• Write/estimate Stories and monitor engineers' work
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops
