Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent, near-native level spoken English.
• Availability to work US business hours.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies.
