Senior Product Manager, Protocol

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-time product management or founder experience shipping products to developers or end users.
• 1+ years of experience in product management or founding roles within web3 or crypto, ideally a L1 or L2 blockchain or DeFi protocol.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with the Real-World Asset space and DeFi protocols.
• Knowledge of smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and blockchain virtual machines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to execute in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Own, scope, and execute on a roadmap to develop novel, 0 to 1 RWA web3 infrastructure.
• Prioritize effectively to deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) by year-end.
• Engage with web3 and web2 developers and institutions to understand their pain points and feature requests.
• Define a world-class developer experience for Ondo's new infrastructure/protocols.
• Utilize metrics and industry insights to identify new opportunities for the protocol.
• Assist in updating external developer documentation and troubleshooting for 3rd party developers.
