Requirements:

• Completed university studies in the field of law or business law, ideally with first professional experience
• Successfully passed examination as a qualified data protection officer or a comparable training desirable
• Knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and national data protection laws for D/A/CH
• Ideally knowledge of telecommunications & multimedia law as well as at least basic knowledge of information security or a certain affinity for the topic
• Team spirit, a systematic & careful way of working and a pronounced hands-on mentality in a growing & dynamic working environment
• Good English skills, ideally with first experience in an international work context

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for several data protection mandates and the independent support of projects and inquiries on current topics of national data protection laws & the EU General Data Protection Regulation
• Participating in the development or coordination of national & international data protection organizations, taking into account country-specific requirements
• Creating and reviewing contracts, guidelines & company agreements, for example on e-mail & internet use
• Conducting data protection audits & data protection training
