- Completed university degree in law or business law, ideally with initial professional experience
- Successfully passed examination for a qualified data protection officer (m/f/d) or a comparable training desirable
- Knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the national data protection laws for D/A/CH
- Ideally knowledge of telecommunications & multimedia law and at least basic knowledge of information security or a certain affinity for the topic
- Team spirit, a systematic & careful way of working and a pronounced hands-on mentality in a growing & dynamic working environment
- Good English skills, ideally with initial experience in an international working context
- Social skills as well as communication & presentation skills across different hierarchical levels
- Responsibility for several data protection mandates as well as the independent support of projects and inquiries on current topics of national data protection laws & the EU General Data Protection Regulation
- Participate in the development or coordination of national & international data protection organizations taking into account country-specific requirements
- Create and review contracts, guidelines & company agreements, for example for e-mail & internet use
- Conduct data protection audits and data protection training
