Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience related to process simulation and computer-aided engineering software.
• Previous product management or software leadership experience preferred.
• Intrinsic motivation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong strategic and outcome orientation with a proven track record of creating customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the CHEMCAD product strategy and roadmap; ensure successful execution.
• Ensure stakeholder representation and alignment within the product strategy context.
• Collaborate to form and lead a customer product advisory group for insights and validation.
• Research, document, and communicate market needs and customer pain points.
• Oversee feature discovery and collaborate on requirements and design proposals.
• Maintain the product roadmap with the development team for release planning.
