Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with expertise in digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Ability to create GIFs; basic video editing preferred.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong design principles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience or interest in the craft industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, Meta ads, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and maintain brand consistency.
• Translate creative briefs into impactful designs that meet strategic objectives.
• Stay informed on industry trends to keep creative output innovative and relevant.
• Support photo/video production efforts as needed.
