Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience in CPG industry sales and category management, preferably with Natural/Specialty/Organic foods.
• High proficiency in SPINS, Nielsen, and IRI data.
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to lead category and business reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Champion the development and maintenance of analytics to support core and new product initiatives.
• Lead quarterly business review analysis to provide insights for pricing, promotion, distribution, and shelf placement.
• Develop actionable category management tools and present business reviews with recommendations.
• Track sales trends and monitor distribution with key retail clients to identify opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights.
