Requirements:

• College degree (4-year) or B.A./B.S. equivalent with focus on Communications, Marketing or Business.
• 7-9 years of experience in the spirits industry, preferably with agency experience.
• Experience in a field-based role, with management experience as a plus.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Strong customer relationship experience.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Deep understanding of market trends and competition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access required.
• Desire to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business and commercial performance across a state or multi-state field unit.
• Develop partnerships with clients and distributor networks.
• Manage a team of Ambassadors, Advisors, and Educators focused on brand initiatives.
• Enforce legal and marketing compliance with team.
• Hire, onboard, and develop local on-premise team.
• Communicate with clients and distributors for market execution.
• Manage financial responsibilities and budget.
• Plan and implement brand engagement using performance data.
• Lead key initiatives including brand training and programming.
• Cultivate market opportunities and manage local reporting efforts.
• Travel within the territory for team support.
