Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the UK Clinical Operations team and external cardiac stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication of ECG irregularities per physician notification protocol.
• Conduct follow-up on accounts to obtain clinical details like pacemaker settings.
• Utilize clinical case management systems to address and update case statuses.
• Adhere to departmental procedures and monitor data within iRhythm systems.
• Build relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Provide cross-functional support for projects as needed.
