Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role with a focus on analytical skills and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS.
  • Linux shell scripting knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
